For the past fourteen years I have worked as a consultant, trainer and researcher on gender equality and human rights in the UK and around the world.

My clients have included large and small public and voluntary sector organisations and civil society groups. I am used to working successfully with people from many different backgrounds and workplace cultures.

I am also an experienced campaigner at a local and national level. I am a former director of the Fawcett Society and Chair and one of the founder members of Coventry Women’s Voices
