• Working with women in business, voluntary sector and the media to develop strategies to overcome barriers to women's leadership
• Voter education to encourage women's participation in elections

I have worked with women politicians, business leaders, civil society activists, youth activists and journalists in Europe, Africa, Asia and South America to promote women's equality in leadership and decision making.
